The wilderness is calling, and Anna Pigeon is answering! USA Network has officially renewed Anna Pigeon for Season 2, ensuring that Tracy Spiridakos’ determined park ranger will return for more dangerous investigations and gripping mysteries.

The renewal arrives ahead of the Season 1 finale on October 9, following an impressive debut for the crime drama. According to USA Network, the series has reached 18 million total viewers and delivered the network’s highest rated original scripted series premiere in nearly eight years, averaging 2.35 million viewers during its first seven days.

Based on the bestselling novels by Nevada Barr, Anna Pigeon follows a former city dweller whose life takes an unexpected turn after a devastating personal loss leads her to become a national park ranger. As Anna works to rebuild her life, she finds herself investigating crimes across the national parks, where the breathtaking scenery can conceal dangerous secrets.

Showrunner Morwyn Brebner celebrated the renewal, expressing gratitude to the cast and crew for bringing Barr’s beloved fictional world to life and excitement about returning for another season.

Anna Pigeon is produced by Cineflix, December Films, and SEVEN24 Films for USA Network, in association with Bell Media. Morwyn Brebner serves as showrunner, with Lea Thompson directing and executive producing.

Season 1 of Anna Pigeon concludes Friday, October 9, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on USA Network. A premiere date for Season 2 has not yet been announced.
