VH1 is celebrating a cultural milestone with the announcement of Love & Hip Hop: The Final Chapter, a six-part event series set to premiere in Fall 2026.
Commemorating 15 groundbreaking years of the iconic franchise, the limited series promises an emotional, unfiltered, and unforgettable farewell to one of reality television’s most influential brands.
Since its debut in 2011, Love & Hip Hop has redefined the genre, blending music, relationships, ambition, and raw storytelling across cities including New York, Atlanta, Hollywood, and Miami. Now, The Final Chapter will bring together fan-favorite cast members, breakout stars, and unforgettable personalities from across the franchise’s storied run for one last look at the legacy they helped build.
The six-part event will feature exclusive interviews, behind-the-scenes revelations, and never-before-seen footage, alongside updates on where life has taken some of the series’ most talked-about figures. From chart-topping success stories to deeply personal journeys, The Final Chapter will explore the impact Love & Hip Hop has had on music, pop culture, and the reality TV landscape.
In addition to revisiting iconic moments and headline-making drama, the series will also examine the franchise’s role in launching careers, shaping conversations, and reflecting the evolving culture over the past decade and a half.
“Love & Hip Hop has been a part of the fabric of VH1 and of the culture for over 15 years. This limited series is our love letter to the cast, fans, producers, and everyone who made the franchise a success and forever changed reality television,” said Sitarah Pendelton, Executive Vice President of Unscripted at MTVE.
The event will roll out weekly, building toward a powerful finale that celebrates the highs, confronts the controversies, and ultimately closes the curtain on an era.
Produced by Antoinette Media, Mona Scott-Young serves as Executive Producer for Monami Productions, and Lashan Browning serves as Executive Producer for Antoinette Media, alongside Donna Edge-Rachell, Alissa Horowitz, and Daniel Wiener. Julie Ha serves as Supervising Producer for MTV Entertainment Studios.
“Love & Hip Hop: The Final Chapter” premieres this Fall 2026 on VH1.
