HBO's favorite original satirical comedy, "White Lotus", is back for season 3 and promises more shocking moments, deaths, and scandalous thrills for the eclectic group of vacationers of the fictional White Lotus luxurious resort. The new season, set in Thailand, has said its goodbyes to Hawaii in season 1 and Sicily in season 2 and premiered on HBO on February 16. This season comes with 8 new episodes and will release new episodes every Sunday through its season finale on April 6.
The highly anticipated season is critically acclaimed for its social narratives, colorful characters, and dark interpersonal relationships among the dysfunctional characters that reveal dangerous secrets for our favorite White Lotus residents. The anthology series boasts new characters every season and this season is no different however fan favorite Belinda Lindsey played by Natasha Rowell ( who is fantastic in her short-lived Hulu series "How To Die Alone"), returns as spa manager in a highly entertaining arc. This season we are introduced to the owner of the White Lotus, a very wealthy Timothy Ratliff and his family, three girlfriends, a "free-spirited" couple, and the security guard who works at the White Lotus.
Created, written, and directed by Mike White with executive producers White, David Bernad, and Mark Kamine, the talented ensemble cast includes Leslie Bibb, Carrie Coon, Walton Goggins, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jason Isaacs, Lalisa Manobal, Michelle Monaghan, Sam Nivola, Lek Patravadi, Parker Posey, Tayme Thapthimthong, Aimee Lou Wood and Patrick Schwarzenegger.
The logline for season 3 reveals that as darker dynamics emerge with each passing day, the series gradually reveals the complex truths of the seemingly picture-perfect travelers, cheerful hotel employees, and idyllic locale itself. The latest season has already earned rave reviews from critics, and without revealing spoilers for the season, Patrick Schwarzenegger's nude season has already set social media on fire.
