FX is turning up the heat with the explosive new trailer for The Drop: A Snowfall Saga, the highly anticipated spinoff of the acclaimed Snowfall. Set in 1990s Los Angeles, the series takes viewers into the rising world of West Coast hip-hop, where music, ambition and street power collide.

Gail Bean and Isaiah John return as Wanda Bell and Leon Simmons, but both are heading in very different directions. Wanda sees an opportunity to build a new future through the booming music industry, while Leon is focused on redemption and helping his community. Their paths, and the dangerous world surrounding them, promise plenty of tension.

The trailer teases a stylish, high-stakes drama filled with ambition, loyalty, betrayal and the unmistakable energy of Los Angeles in the '90s. With a talented ensemble and the Snowfall legacy behind it, The Drop looks ready to carve out an identity of its own.

Created by Malcolm Spellman, The Drop: A Snowfall Saga premieres September 8 on FX and Hulu, with new episodes dropping weekly.
