Prime Video is giving fans another reason to head back to Sterling Point.
The streamer has officially ordered a second season of its breakout drama series, bringing audiences back to the mysterious Canadian island where family secrets, unexpected friendships and complicated young love collide.
Season Two will premiere exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories worldwide. The eight-episode first season debuted August 5 and quickly established itself as one of the platform’s top performing series, sparking strong fan interest in the story of 17 year old Annie Jacobson.

The series follows Annie, a New York City teenager whose seemingly familiar life is upended when she unexpectedly inherits an island in Canada from her enigmatic grandfather. Alongside her twin brother and adoptive father, Annie ventures into a world far removed from the one she knows, only to discover that her grandfather left behind much more than property.
The island becomes a gateway to a new chapter for Annie, introducing her to friendships she never expected, romantic possibilities and revelations about her family that force her to reconsider everything she thought she knew about her past.
With Season One now firmly established as a hit, Annie's discovery of her family's hidden history has only opened the door, and the next season promises more emotional twists as she continues figuring out where she belongs and whom she can trust.
“It’s been an absolute joy to see the appreciation and love for the show,” said creator, co-showrunner and executive producer Megan Park. “We worked so hard to make the show as authentic as possible and to see audiences respond to that has been thrilling. We cannot wait to dive deeper into these characters and deliver the best second season ever!”
Park created Sterling Point and directed and executive produced the first season, while also serving as co-showrunner. Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage also serve as executive producers and co-showrunners through Fake Empire.
Sterling Point, Season 1, is streaming now on Prime Video.
