Season 2 of Netflix's hit series "With Love, Meghan" is back after almost six months, and already, we can't get enough as the Duchess of Sussex continues to serve up tasty treats with her celebrity friends while revealing more of her personal side that we rarely get to see.
The new season, which carries eight episodes, was released on August 26, and the series offers a tastier version of Season 1, with Meghan continuing to share gardening, cooking, and hosting tips with friends and celebrity guests with the launch of her lifestyle brand, "As Ever". If you thought the Duchess doesn't make her own breakfast, think again, as she does, in fact, make a hot breakfast for her family on most days. Some of her favorite dishes include fried eggs and pancakes. "I always put some ground flax seeds, pour some chia seeds in. And Lili will ask me, 'Can I have chia seeds? I want it to have freckles'," she reveals. Lili, of course, is Princess Lilibet, 4, one of her two children, along with Prince Archie, 6, whom she shares with Prince Harry.
Using her enormous platform through Archwell Productions, the media company she founded with Harry in collaboration with Netflix, Meghan continues to share personal stories and candid gems, including the revelation that she fell in love with Harry during their third date on a five-day camping trip in Botswana and that he was the one who said "I love you" first. A funny story of a chicken roast gone awry on the night that Harry proposed, to more somber revelations of the sadness she felt being away from her children for nearly three weeks during Queen Elizabeth's funeral.
In an interview with Blommerg's The Circuit, Meghan shared that her motivation for the show was to "share more of myself, to share tips that I love in my life and to have fun."Â Mission accomplished as Meghan offers her special brand of sunshine, once again granting viewers an exclusive look at her luxurious lifestyle, filled with lots of laughter, jam, and sprinkled flowers.
Fans of Meghan won't have to wait too long, as the Duchess' next project is an upcoming holiday special episode of With Love, Meghan, set to air in December.
