Zatima is back! Tyler Perry's hit drama returned with the highly anticipated fourth season on Thursday, September 11, with the first two episodes. The series, a spinoff of BET's Sistas, led by Devale Ellis as Zac and Crystal Renee Hayslett as Fatima, will face new challenges as they try to build a future together amid past mistakes and outside influences that challenge their relationship. This season will carry ten episodes and will continue with two episodes every Thursday, leading up to the season finale on Thursday, October 9, 2025.
Written by Courtney Glaude, with Glaude and Kvle Johnson directing, the third season left viewers on a shocking finale in which Fatima was possibly shot, leaving her fate in doubt. The new season will follow Zac and Fatima as they prepare for parenthood while navigating deep emotional scars, complicated friendships, and explosive entanglements. Season 4 picks up with higher stakes, heightened suspense, and raw vulnerability.
Per the official synopsis, Zac and Fatima refocus and prepare for the happy occasion that is about to take place in their lives. In the aftermath of Zac's battle with his brother, Jeremiah, Zac decides it's best he keep his distance to maintain his sanity and his temper. Although his friends attempt to get him to make amends with his brother, Zac refuses and only wants to center his attention on his immediate family. Season 4 is riddled with action, suspense, and surprises as Zac and Fatima must contend with someone from the past who isn't happy about their happiness. Their friends face their own challenges while still supporting Zac and Fatima in their time of need."
The ensemble cast includes Devale Ellis, Crystal Renee Hayslett, Nzinga Imani, Danielle LaRoach, Guyviaud Joseph, Remington Hoffman, Jasmin Brown, and Cameron Fuller.
