The highly addictive series "The Summer I Turned Pretty" is back for its third and final season, exclusively on Prime Video. Based on the novel trilogy of the same name by Jenny Han, who serves as both creator and executive producer, the show follows teenager Isabel "Belly" Conklin (Lola Tung) as she navigates the challenges of first love, first heartbreak, and the magic of one perfect summer. The third season premiered on July 16, with the release of two of its eleven episodes. New episodes will be released weekly through the series finale on September 17, 2025.

To get caught up, the first two seasons are available on Prime Video and wonderfully depicts Belly's journey as she finds herself caught in a love triangle with two brothers, Jeremiah (Gavin Casalegno) and Conrad (Christopher Briney). This coming-of-age romantic drama unfolds over several summer visits to Cousins Beach.

Belly, who previously chose Jeremiah in season 2, set aside her feelings for her first love, Conrad, and is now on the brink of adulthood at the end of her junior year of college with a 4-year time jump. The relationship between Belly and Jeremiah got off to an explosive start when it was revealed he cheated on her, and she still agreed to marry him after he proposed! Belly will eventually find herself at a crossroads when Conrad re-enters her life, setting the stage for plenty of fireworks.

The series honors its source material while taking its own creative liberties. The core group of characters return, creating a story that is messy, unpredictable, and highly immersive. This season will tug on the emotional heartstrings of first loves and remind viewers of all the growing pains that come with it.

The first two episodes of the third season of The Summer I Turned Pretty are streaming now on Prime Video.
