The Grimm sisters are back, and Ferryport Landing is once again proving that fairy tales are anything but bedtime stories. Apple TV’s animated fantasy adventure The Sisters Grimm returned for Season 2 on October 2, dropping all six episodes at once and bringing Sabrina and Daphne Grimm back for another round of magical mysteries, dangerous discoveries and unexpected twists.
Based on Michael Buckley’s bestselling book series, the series follows sisters Sabrina and Daphne, descendants of the legendary Brothers Grimm, as they navigate a world where fairy-tale characters and creatures aren't just stories—they're very real. Season 2 picks up one year after the mysterious disappearance of their parents, with the sisters continuing their search for answers while uncovering even more secrets hiding throughout Ferryport Landing.
This season pushes the sisters deeper into their unusual new reality as their detective instincts, family ties and growing understanding of the Everafters are put to the test. Sabrina remains the more skeptical and determined of the pair, while Daphne brings her own curiosity and heart to their increasingly dangerous investigations. Together, they continue learning that solving a mystery in Ferryport Landing often means getting much closer to the fairy-tale world than they ever expected.
And they certainly aren't doing it alone. Returning favorites include Relda, Charming, Puck and Mirror, with Ariel Winter voicing Sabrina, Leah Newman as Daphne, Laraine Newman as Relda, Abubakar Salim as Charming, Billy Harris as Puck and Harry Trevaldwyn as Mirror. The season also introduces viewers to more familiar fairy-tale figures and new faces as the sisters' world continues to expand.
The result is a season that mixes mystery, fantasy, humor and family drama while keeping the relationship between Sabrina and Daphne at the center of the adventure. With six episodes now available to stream, The Sisters Grimm gives viewers a full magical binge just in time for the Halloween season.
Developed by Emmy Award nominee Amy Higgins, with Erica Rothschild and Buckley among the creative team, the series is animated by Emmy Award-winning studio Titmouse. Season 2 continues to build on the show's imaginative take on classic fairy-tale mythology while giving its young heroines even more mysteries to solve and secrets to uncover.
The Sisters Grimm Season 2 is now streaming in its entirety on Apple TV.
