"Killer Cakes" is the tasty, 2-part Halloween special that premieres exclusively on Prime Video today. The special welcomes four teams of killer cake artists to an abandoned warehouse, where they will compete for $20,000 and the Golden Knife trophy. Hosted by Horror veteran Matthew Lillard (Scream, Five Nights at Freddy's), the contestants work with some of the best horror special effects artists in Hollywood to bring their cakes to life and scare the hell out of the show's expert judges - Scream Queen Danielle Harris (Halloween Franchise) and experimental food artist and cookbook author Nikk Alcaraz (Peculiar Baking).

This is not your ordinary baking competition! The mission is to make cakes that will make the judges gasp in horror. They absolutely must "bleed" and "ooze," amplifying the creepy factor for the Halloween season. The talented bakers with terrifying challenges work to create the most horrific, realistic, edible cakes ever.

"Killer Cakes", produced by Blumhouse Television, ITV America's High Noon Entertainment, and Amazon MGM Studios, is executive produced by Jason Blum and Gretchen Palek for Blumhouse Television. Scott Feeley for High Noon Entertainment and Matthew Lillard also executive produce with Ruth Amsel serving as the showrunner for the two-part special.

The contestants include:

Amanda Yother: Rathdrum, ID

Dillon Barlow: Houston, TX

Dziedra "Z" Brusberg: Marysville, WA

Deadra "Dee" Compean: Beaumont, TX

Eszter Summerlin: Gulf Breeze, FL

Jesse Lesser: Dallas, TX

Mark Lie: Chicago, IL

Shanelle Long: Pensacola, FL

The pressure is on as each team must think quickly on their feet and come up with the most ghoulish ideas that thrill while making sure their cakes are equally delicious. When one team specializing in cakes replicating gore and guts strategizes to replicate a Slaughterhouse Killer, you know the competition is deadly. With intricate care and finesse, the bakers craft the most gruesome cakes that involve bloody intestines, eye-popping sockets, and lots and lots of blood!
