Warning: Spoilers Ahead!
Netflix's popular dramedy series, "Ginny and Georgia," returned for its third season after a two-year hiatus. The second season ended on a nail biting cliffhanger, leaving fans eager to find out whether Georgia will face prison time for killing Cynthia's husband, when the police interrupted her wedding to Paul. Season 3 premiered on June 5, with all 10 episodes released at once, bringing plenty of drama with another huge twist in the finale, setting the stage for Season 4.
Created by Sarah Lampert with showrunners Debra J. Fisher and Sarah Glinski, the series stars Brianne Howey and Antonia Gentry in the titular roles as the dynamic mother-daughter duo. The series premiered back in 2021 and quickly became a monster hit for Netflix. This season was the most challenging yet for our beloved characters as Georgia's arrest ruined her fairy tale ending, facing a highly publicized murder trial, putting the spotlight on the Millers like never before.
In addition to Howey and Gentry, Felix Mallard, Sara Waisglass, Diesel La Torraca, Jennifer Robertson, Scott Porter, Raymond A. Black, Katie Douglas, Chelsea Clark, and Nathan Mitchell round out the cast of this fantastic series.
All of our burning questions from season 2 were answered, but this season left us with even more questions, as this season left fans with a rollercoaster of emotions. In an interview with NBC's "Today," series creator Lampert relayed that she wanted people to finish the season and stand up as if they just got off a ride. "I want them to sound like lunatics trying to explain what just happened." Indeed, she succeeded as viewers are now left with new burning questions, most importantly, who is the father of Georgia's baby?

Speaking with Netflix's Tudum in a separate interview, Lampert relayed, "Season 3 is our most ambitious and explosive season yet. Going into it, we knew our core driving force isn't the plot twists and turns, but the emotional truth of these two women. We care about these characters, they are messy and complicated and real, and that's why we're invested in the wild season they're about to go through."
Ginny and Georgia's relationship will be tested like never before heading into Season 4, with Ginny now pregnant and Georgia's past coming back to haunt her with the ominous warning from her father. We can expect more mystery, scandal, and intrigue for the mother-daughter duo.
All episodes of Ginny & Georgia season 3 is now streaming on Netflix.
