Fans of the King of Pop will have the chance to experience the story of a global icon before its official theatrical release. Special Premium Early Access Screenings for Michael, the upcoming biographical film about music legend Michael Jackson, went on sale Wednesday, March 11 at 6 pm/9 pm EST.
The film will be presented exclusively in premium formats, including IMAX and Dolby, with superior picture and sound quality. The one-night only early screenings will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 — two days before the film's nationwide opening on April 24. A limited number of showtimes are available. Tickets for these special screenings are on sale now at all advance ticket sites. Tickets for the film's general release will go on sale at a later date.
Michael is written by John Logan and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Antoine Fuqua. It stars Jaafar Jackson as Michael Jackson with Nia Long, Juliano Valdi, KeiLyn Durrel Jones, Laura Harrier, Miles Teller, and Colman Domingo, chronicling Jackson's rise from child prodigy to one of the most influential entertainers in history.
The Premium Early Access Screenings will give audiences an exclusive opportunity to see the film ahead of its wide release. These limited engagements will feature enhanced presentation formats, commemorative giveaways at select locations, and an immersive cinematic experience celebrating Michael Jackson's music, artistry, and legacy.
