Get ready for a little magic, a lot of mischief, and a journey that could change an entire witch realm! Walt Disney Animation Studios has unveiled the new trailer and poster for Disney’s Hexed, an original animated adventure that puts a fresh spin on the coming of age story. The film arrives exclusively in theaters November 25, 2026, just in time for Thanksgiving.
The film follows Billie Doe (Hailee Steinfeld), an unconventional teenager whose unexpected magical abilities turn her ordinary suburban life upside down. When her powers send her into the spectacular witch realm of Hexe, Billie must join forces with her cautious mother, Alice (Rashida Jones), to uncover family secrets with the potential to change the witch world forever. Along the way, they encounter Beef Roger Crummchuk (Walton Goggins), a mysterious, three-eyed magical cat, while facing off against the formidable Queen Celeste (Jodie Foster), who will do whatever it takes to hold on to her power.
The voice cast also features Henry Winkler as Nigel, a nervous but surprisingly knowledgeable potoo bird guarding secrets of Hexe, and Dan Stevens as Hieronymous, the Queen’s pompous Grand Councilor of the Throne. Rounding out the star-studded ensemble are Tracey Ullman, Stephen Fry, Brett Gelman, Jimmy O. Yang, Ron Funches, Alan Tudyk, Randall Park, Kathy Najimy, Yvette Nicole Brown, Josh Dallas, and many more.
Directed by Fawn Veerasunthorn and Jason Hand, with Josie Trinidad serving as co-director, Disney’s Hexed brings together a creative team led by producers Roy Conli and Yvett Merino. The screenplay comes from Walt Disney Animation Studios Chief Creative Officer Jared Bush and Dana Ledoux Miller.
With magical discoveries, unexpected alliances, and a mother-daughter bond at the center of its fantastical adventure, Disney’s Hexed promises to remind audiences that sometimes the things that make us different are the very things that make us extraordinary.
The magic begins November 25, 2026, exclusively in theaters.
