Apple TV+ Unveils First Look at Anthony Mackie & Jamie Dornan’s Heist Thriller 12 12 12

Apple TV+ is getting ready to pull off its next big television event. The streamer has unveiled a first look at 12 12 12, an ambitious new eight-episode heist drama starring and executive produced by Emmy Award nominee Anthony Mackie alongside Golden Globe nominee Jamie Dornan. The series premieres globally Friday, November 13, 2026, launching with two episodes before settling into a weekly Friday release through December 25.
Created and executive produced by Dudi Appleton and Jim Keeble, 12 12 12 puts a fresh spin on the familiar heist formula by telling one explosive story from three very different perspectives in time. Every episode moves between the 12 months leading up to the robbery, the 12 hours of the heist itself, and the 12 days that follow—turning one daring crime into a sprawling game of strategy, betrayal and survival.
At the heart of the series is Mackie’s disgraced FBI agent and Dornan’s American career criminal, two men locked in an increasingly dangerous cat and mouse game stretching across Europe. Their collision ultimately leads to an audacious mission: raiding a heavily protected bank vault buried deep beneath the streets of Zurich. But as any good heist story knows, getting inside is only half the battle. What happens after the vault is breached could be even more dangerous.
The series boasts an impressive international ensemble, with Jack Kesy (12 Strong, Hellboy: The Crooked Man), Agathe Rousselle (Titane), Sallie Harmsen (Blade Runner 2049), José Garcia (The Ax, Now You See Me) and Emmy Award nominee Kali Reis (True Detective, Mercy) joining Mackie and Dornan.
With its European setting and nonlinear storytelling, 12 12 12 looks poised to give audiences more than the usual “get the money and get out” heist. By breaking the story into three distinct windows of time, the series has plenty of room to explore the preparation, chaos of execution and unpredictable fallout that can turn the perfect crime into a complete nightmare.
12 12 12 premieres globally on Apple TV+ November 13, 2026, with the first two episodes, followed by new episodes every Friday through December 25.
