Move over, Martha Stewart! "With Love, Meghan" is the new hit series from Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, which premiered exclusively on Netflix on March 4 with eight episodes. The series was originally scheduled for release in January but was postponed due to the Los Angeles wildfires.
In partnership with Netflix, the series showcases Meghan at her best, offering viewers an intimate experience. The series includes hosting, gardening, and cooking tips, featuring homegrown recipes created in and out of the garden. Meghan's passion for life shines through as she enjoys time with some of her closest friends, both old and new, including Mindy Kaling and celebrity chefs Roy Choi and Alice Waters.
The series, shot in Montecito, California at a palatial estate, became an instant hit upon its debut as viewers were presented with a new side to Meghan as she created moments maximizing intimate moments with her loved ones with hours spent curating the most delicious meals with the launch of her new lifestyle brand, As ever which will be made available to consumers this spring. The series challenges us to pursue joy over perfection and to embrace the small, meaningful moments shared with each other, creating new memories while offering baked fish, pasta, crudités, focaccia, frittata, and DIY floral arrangements, among others.
Since its debut, the series has attracted worldwide attention and currently sits at 28% on Rotten Tomatoes, however season 2 has already been completed and is scheduled to be released this fall, so fans of Meghan and the series can breathe a huge sigh of relief. "With Love, Meghan" is the fifth project from the multiyear deal she and her husband Harry signed with Netflix in 2020 for a reported $100 million. With momentum on her side, Meghan has no intention of slowing down. She's only getting started.
